ACCOMMODATION BOOKING

The Delegate Services have pre-booked a number of hotel rooms with special prices in Tartu for the Congress.

Please note that the discounted prices below ONLY apply when booking via this website and will NOT apply when contacting the hotels directly. 
Hotels end their discounts 2-3 months before the event, please take this into account and book your accommodation as soon as possible. The booking deadlines can be found in the hotel descriptions.

The booking will become valid after the payment has been received. The number of nights booked is binding and will serve as the basis for your hotel invoice.
Should an error occur during the booking process, please e-mail the Delegate Services at nnfm2026@publicon.ee.

!! Please keep an eye on the hotel descriptions to be sure which hotels have breakfast included and which ones do not. 
!! Single room max. occupancy is one person, double/twin room max. occupancy is two persons, triple room max. occupancy is three persons, quadruple room max. occupancy is four persons.


Should you wish to extend your stay beyond the bookable period or need a different room type (allergy features, for example), please send your request
via email to nnfm2026@publicon.ee.

Please also note that the confirmation letter also serves as a voucher for the hotel. The Delegate Services will forward the rooming lists to all hotels prior to the event, therefore you will not need to bring the confirmation letter with you. Be ready to show your ID at the hotel's reception desk.
